You’ll be strapped securely into a helicopter—with your door removed — a unique opportunity to have unobstructed views of incredible Cape Town to photograph. Open Door so no reflections for great photos.

Positioned on the left-hand side of the helicopter for best views of Cape Town. Low-level and high altitude flying to obtain a varied overview of Cape Town.

An Open Door Helicopter Safety Officer meets you & joins all flights, discusses key locations & assists you with your photography & gear. Safety Officers are either aerial photographers or helicopter search & rescue personnel, with extensive experience in managing the risks of flying with open doors & flying/landing in the mountains.

No legs, arms, head are allowed to be outside the helicopter during the flight. No loose articles, caps, sunglasses, shoes to be worn during the flight.
